Board read press release regarding upcoming Cable T.V. Show featuring Town Officials to explain to citizens workings of various Town Offices. 1/2 hour talk, 1/2 hour call-in.
Accepted petition article presented by Kathlenn Ellis, Union Steward, to be placed on the upcoming special Town Meeting on March 4. This will be given to Registrars to be certified.
Voted on motion by Vess, 2nd Crowley, to allow Veterans of Foreign Wars to sell Buddy Poppies in the Town May 8 through May 11.
Voted 4-0 on motion by Vess, 2nd Fsci to permit Citizens' Scholarship Foundation to Whitman-Hanson to canvas the Town for the annual "Dollars for Scholars" fund drive on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7. Also granted permission to place the fundraising thermometer on the grounds of Town Hall April a;nd May.
Read and acdepted all articles submited. 22 articles on warrant.
Voted to rescind vote taken to close the Annual Town Meeting warrant on March 5 and in turn voted to close the warrant on March 12 at 8:00 pm.
on Motion by Crowley, 2nd Fasci, Board voted to enter executive session under 3 and 4 with Chief Huska. will not return to regular session.
